VACAVILLE POLICE ACTIVITIES LEAGUE

PALs Helping PALs

Vacaville Police Activities League (PAL) is a community- and youth-driven organization dedicated to creating positive, meaningful connections between local law enforcement and young people ages 7–18. Through mentorship, leadership opportunities, educational programs, and community experiences, PAL provides youth with a safe and supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.


PAL is committed to empowering young people, strengthening relationships between youth and law enforcement, and creating opportunities for every young person to reach their full potential. We proudly support youth and families throughout our community, with a special focus on connecting underserved youth with positive experiences, trusted mentors, and opportunities to become confident leaders and engaged members of their community.

 Vacaville PAL mission is to build positive, lasting relationships between youth and law enforcement through mentorship, meaningful experiences, and community engagement. We empower young people to develop confidence, leadership, social-emotional skills, and responsible decision-making while fostering trust, respect, and positive connections with the Vacaville Police Department.
