Judo

Judo is for everyone

Judo means “Gentle Way.” It is a defensive martial art that uses a person’s force against them. In learning Judo, children will develop self-confidence, discipline, and respect for themselves and others. Students learn throws, leg sweeps, and pins.

Meet the instructors

Learn the techniques and discipline of Judo under the instructions of Sensei G. Makimoto, Sensei L. Makimoto and Sensei John Renger.

No Gi? No problem

A Gi will be loaned to students to wear during enrolled session and must be returned.
